Making an Appointment
Simply give us a call to schedule your appointment. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call and cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests and reschedule your appointment.
Your First Visit
Our friendly staff will greet you as soon as you enter our lobby. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.
A patient’s first exam typically lasts around an hour, during which we will get to know your oral hygiene routine and listen to any health concerns you might have. We’ll also show you how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. A dental hygienist will clean your teeth, and then one of our doctors will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.
We understand that every patient has different dental and financial needs, so rest assured, we’ll work with you to find a solution that allows you to get the dental care you need, whether you have insurance or not. Call our office to ask about our different payment options that may include cash, check, financing, and credit cards.
